Description
Chiron is an asteroid. It orbits the sun between the orbits of Saturn and Uranus within approx. 50 years
Annotation:
Based on new observations, the US space agency NASA is constantly updating the orbital period data. Changes to this data inevitably lead to slightly different octave tones. Our first calculation of the octave-analog Chiron tone was based on the orbital period of 18428 days. A while later, the period was given as 18405 days, the corresponding tone frequency of which is 172.86 Hz. The orbital period of 18548 days updated in August 2023 results in 171.53 Hz in the 38th octave. All these slightly different tones are in the range of the musical note F with the octave-analog light color red-violet. The currently available Chiron tuning fork has 172.86 Hz.
