Description
Sync your mind and body with the Earth’s natural frequencies. Planetware’s 128Hz Tuning Forks can help release deep-seated tension, creating a soothing experience and promoting healing within the body.
Planetware’s 128Hz Tuning Forks – available in both standard and large sizes – are precisely tuned to the 128Hz Otto frequency.
Made in Germany by Planetware, the Standard Plus tuning fork is made from nickel-plated gong steel with a mirror-smooth surface, while the Large Plus tuning fork is milled from one piece of high-quality nickel-plated tool grade steel. The Large Plus tuning fork resonates slightly longer than the Standard Plus version. This makes it more potent, which means it requires fewer activations.
Both tuning forks feature an ergonomic, soft grip handle that makes them easier and more comfortable to use during sonopuncture. The arms are stamped with the Planetware name and frequency.
Research has shown the Otto frequencies can have beneficial effects on the body, resonating deeply through the bones and tissue to stimulate nerves, creating a powerfully soothing and restorative experience. The 128Hz frequency aids in the release of nitric oxide – a natural gas produced by cells into surrounding tissue – to relieve pain, ease tension, and support overall wellness.
The Otto 128Hz tuning fork benefits may include relief from joint, muscle and nerve pain, reduction of muscle spasms, improved circulation, enhanced relaxation and even boost memory. Combining the Planetware – Earth Year 136.10Hz Tuning Fork with the 128Hz Tuning Fork can create a profoundly meditative and calming experience, helping to ease stress and promote deep relaxation.

All you need to know about Planetware 128Hz Tuning Forks
What is the significance of the 128Hz frequency?
The 128Hz frequency, often called the “Otto” frequency, resonates with the natural rhythms between the Earth’s surface and the ionosphere. Research suggests that many organisms, including humans, may be attuned to this frequency, perhaps as a result of evolutionary alignment with these grounding vibrations.
Renowned in sound therapy, the 128Hz frequencies have been researched and developed by Dr. John Beaulieu for their restorative effects on the body. Utilised through an Otto Tuning Fork, this frequency moves through the bones and tissue, stimulating nerve endings and releasing tension held deep within the body. The result is a deeply soothing experience that promotes alignment and balance within the body.
How do I use my Planetware 128Hz Tuning Fork on my body?
If you’re using your tuning fork on bones and ligaments, hold it by the stem and gently tap one of the two prongs against your knee or a rubber tuning fork activator. With the finger or thumb of your other hand, locate where you want to place the tuning fork on your body.
Then, press the end of the vibrating stem of the tuning fork on that spot, hold it firmly against your body. Observe the effects of the vibrations, until you feel them dissipatestop. It’s recommended you don’t use your tuning fork more than three times per session on the same spot of the body per session to avoid over stimulation. Its also advised not to use on broken or fractured bones as this may cause pain.
How do I listen to my Planetware 128Hz Tuning Fork?
Hold the 128Hz tuning fork by the stem and gently tap it on your knees or activator. Gradually bring the tuning fork or forks closer to your ears and adjust to a comfortable distance – about a few inches from your ear. If you’re using two forks, hold one fork a few inches from your left ear and one a few inches from the right ear to create a stereo effect.
