Meinl's precision tuned Planet Gongs are similar in style and quality to Paiste Planet Gongs, made from nickel silver and forged by Broder Oetken, who previously learnt the craft with and was formerly one of the Gong Masters at Paiste. The Meinl Wind Gongs & Chau Gongs are forged from a special bronze alloy and crafted in China as they have been for centuries.
